Hundreds of Cultist await their turn at Lyzolda's Molten Alter. The crowds cheer and relish in the anguish of the sacrifices' screams. Lyzolda's preferred method of sacrifice is to boil the blood of the devotees from within their bodies. The effects of this ritual causes an explosive discharge of dazzling flames of fel-fire. This release is said to ascend the sacrifice to a realm of demons, where they will be transformed an reborn. Those who manage to return from that unnameable realm do so as gruesome and powerful demons. This Carnarium is a powerhouse for Rakdos's ever expanding horde.
