Burnished Hart is an excellent ramping tool. Don't like Mindless Automaton in this deck, discard can be handy with decks that interact with the graveyard, but this deck doesn't. If you're looking for a bit more card draw, Well of Lost Dreams could be useful, but you don't really have enough lifelink to justify it.
Brave the Sands keeps your deck defensive, being a player with a severe card disadvantage, this would be a decent alternative to the expensive pillow fort strategy.

I would drop some of your infect creatures in favor of more counter support such as, Anafenza, Kin-Tree Spirit, Brave the Elements.

Quicksilver I like Mindless Automaton for its interaction with the other creatures that put counters on it. In addition it is instant speed draw with no mana requirement on most turns past 5th I receive one free draw and under some conditions it can draw up to 10 in a turn.

I agree on the Emeria, The Sky Ruin recursion is a week point for this deck.

I love me some Reconnaissance.

Maybe a Sublime Archangel? Not sure how many dudes you normally have on the table, but she can be totally bonkers in a token deck. Not exactly budget though (would be your second-most expensive card, I think) ...

pipercraven, thanks for mentioning Mindless Automaton. I've never seen that before, and it's some cool tech!

What cha think about Kor Cartographer? BTW fuck Angel of Serenity!

December 14, 2015 2:44 p.m.

Looks good, only suggestions I could make aren't really budget (Brimaz, King of Oreskos, Elspeth, Sun's Champion, Path to Exile, Windbrisk Heights, Flagstones of Trokair). Ajani's Pridemate an option but not a ton of lifegain. Honor of the Pure and Pearl Medallion could work, same with Spear of Heliod. Secure the Wastes and Launch the Fleet also good token makers, same with Hallowed Spiritkeeper. +1

griffstick I'm gaining a lot of respect for Angel of Serenity. Once you add a little recursion it leads to some awesome fuckery.

That shit you did felt like I was up against a modern deck you kept playing the same spells over and over again. If you can do more things like that your good
