Well I love the new Induced Amnesia, and the old Notion Thief. So I made this casual pseudo-competitive control deck.

1) Protect yourself with Detention Sphere, Ghostly Prison, Oblivion Ring.

2) Counter some spells with Remand and Dispel.

3) Easily cast multicolored spells with Chromatic Star and Talisman of Dominance.

4) Search cards with Idyllic Tutor/Zur the Enchanter and Search for Azcanta  , or by drawing with Notion Thief and/or Day's Undoing/Induced Amnesia

5) Break opponent hand with Induced Amnesia + (Detention Sphere or Oblivion Ring or Flickerwisp or Paradoxical Outcome)

6) Finish your opponent by creating instant tokens with Luminarch Ascension
