For some reason, I've been on a Jeskai kick (not like that) recently. I consider {U}{R}{W} to be my weakest color trio, but somehow I just keep coming back to it. This deck tries to shut down the opponent, creating a soft lock by recycling Silence with Snapcaster Mage. Rule of Law acts as a backup to this. Once the opponent's production slows to a crawl and their hand starts to back up, Fevered Visions and Ebony Owl Netsuke start the damage.

For sideboarding, Calamity's Wake and Rule of Law come in against graveyard decks, replacing the Snapcasters. Outlaws' Merriment clogs up the board, Heliod, the Radiant Dawn   can recycle key enchantments and speed up your spellcasting, and the rest is a variety of dedicated control options.

This strategy isn't entirely original to me, but I like the way it works and I haven't ever seen it with Folio of Fancies. The competitive meter, which of course is always completely accurate, insightful, and beyond any reproach, also marks this list as 100% competitive (98% after some minor tweaking), so there's that.
