a storm deck that uses the new Birgi, God of Storytelling   flip card for both its sides. you can add fetches if you wish and add some Breeding Pool and Veil of Summer if you wish but it seems fine as is. If you end up buying this I suggest getting a extra 3 Goblin Electromancer and 3 Silundi Vision   so if you don't like the birgi plan you can take them out and put in the goblin electromancer along with if you feel you dont need the repeal and remand just put in the silundi vision and cut a land for the 3rd.
