It's a milling deck, plain and simple. I like to use Mercurial Pretender + Mirko Vosk, Mind Drinker as well as Increasing Confusion + Mage-Ring Network with a lot of storage counters on the former. I've also wanted to be able to do Consuming Aberration + Mindcrank but haven't been able to as of yet. I've added several creatures to this to make it more aggro, but I prefer straight up milling. The cards that return cards to the hand can be used one of two ways. If I'm winning, I can bring my creatures back (such as Returned Centaur or Possessed Scaab) so that their enter-the-battlefield abilities get to activate again. But, if I'm losing, I can slow my opponents down by putting their creatures back into their hands to buy myself more time.
