Ideal Mana Base for Boros, Utility lands can be swapped out for any other that suits you CMDR or deck. Also your budget comes into effect as well, if you can only afford the basic tapped duels you wont be to slow (they are there for giving your mana base structure) It just slows you down a bit as they enter tapped. I will add optional cards in the 'maybe slot' for cards but this is ultimately a guide.
