Do Black Lives Really Matter? (Modern MTG Deck)

I love Eternal Scourge it's gotta be one of if not my favorite cards, and so I've been brewing deck after deck for months in an attempt to make this card viable in modern. So I finally came out with this and it totally needs some tweaking but I like the way it's looking.I named the deck this way as no matter how many times you "Shoot" Eternal Scourge or Scrapheap Scrounger they'll keep coming back.The deck has many things going on most notably the ability to endlessly revive your 3 power creatures, but aside from that we do have the synergy between Dakmor Salvage and Raven's Crime to make our opponents discard their hand so that we can win the attrition war, it also get's even worse when we have a Phyrexian Arena on the board.
