Lantern Control with a $100 budget.

Standard lantern control gameplan. Lock your opponent out of the game by controlling the top of the deck. This brew leans into searching or tutoring for our other control pieces. Only needing one offs of cards like Ensnaring Bridge and Torpor Orb keeps price down while maintaining options and responses.

The lack of instants and sorceries comes down to simply using creatures and artifacts to fill their roles. Glint-Nest Crane searches for an artifact, then protects against aggro. Vantress Gargoyle is a beefy blocker, buying time to find our bridge, before transitioning into an extra Ghoulcaller's Bell. Goblin Engineer serves as Whir of Invention replacement. Slower, but cheaper and also a recurring reanimator. Emry, Lurker of the Loch is an obvious include in this deck and synergizes well with the engineer. Both Emry and the engineer benefit from self mill. Elixir of Immortality is included as insurance against milling ourselves out before the opponent.

Update: Upped the the number of Spellskite to protect artifacts from removal. Added Chaos Warp for versatile, if a bit risky, threat removal. It can be used on ourself as well as an outlet to keep our hand size down for Ensnaring Bridge. Adjusted creatures, lands and cut Shenanigans to compensate.
