I haven't played too often though at events, but the only deck I haven't beaten that I've been against is Splinter Twin which is now banned :)
I was thinking about this build, here's what I came up with.
World at War? It's a little high at 5 CMC, but it can help you get a second attack phase.

Ok, so I'm thinking about building this, but I was wondering if there's a as good cheaper alternative to Cavern of Souls.

ant_19 Adaptive Automaton is pretty good, but the problem with him is that he isn't a goblin, and he doesn't give them haste, making it worse than a lot of the 3 drop goblins in this deck. I could definitely see it as an option for someone who wishes to use him, but for me I don't think he'll work out. Door of Destinies is definitely something I've Pondered about before, but the main thing about it is that there is generally plenty of artifact removal, while it still has a cmc of 4. (not crazy, but that's like turn 6). Vexing Shusher used to be in the sideboard until I realized Cavern of Souls is just better, and yes it's definitely an option to use. Thanks a lot for the comment!! Don't hesitate to share more if you have more to share :)
Atony1400 That's awesome! I love to hear people that like this deck and want to use it! World at War wouldn't be worth it in this deck, as it's simply put too costly and ineffective, if you didn't win by that turn, or you aren't about to win, it's probably never going to save you sadly. And for something who prevents your goblins being countered, Warren Instigator would be pretty important to get out as early as possible, and you could use the suggestion from ant_19, Vexing Shusher. I appreciate your comments and its sweet that you want to build the deck! If you play it in any tournaments let me know how you did!

Have you considered adding green for Atarka's Command? Let's you get in some highly unanticipated kills, prevents life gain and gives you just that much more reach. I wonder if it might be better than Shared Animosity- I feel like it's a win more card.
December 10, 2015 7 a.m.
Nixin72 it pretty doubtful that lifegain would be a problem for deck like this. If it was Skullcrack would most probably be the better option, or Leyline of Punishment. That being said if you were intent on splashing a colour then black would be the option i'd go with because it allows for Rain of Gore etc. As for Shared Animosity that's a pretty lynchpin card because even if Krenko, Mob Boss isn't out you can still hit hard by pumping up every creature in the deck. Also Duckling I know this isn't a goblin but Ash Zealot may be a useful 2 of in the sideboard just in case of graveyard strategies, also Leyline of Punishment against infinite combo life gainers. For example Essence Warden+Presence of Gond attatched to Midnight Guard etc. Essence Warden being a huge problem because it also triggers from your goblins.

Thanks for the comment and suggestion GEOforce20! I generally don't have to use extra combat phases because I can win through one combat phase normally. Turn 3-4 is easy to confirm a win when your opponent doesn't get a certain draw for decks such as scapeshift. (I haven't lost to scapeshift yet) I haven't found that I've ever needed extra combat phases because I use my mana for goblins, and I couldn't sacrifice two red cards for an extra phase either. Again, thanks a lot for the upvote and comment, and I love getting suggestions! :)
Nixin72 Splashing green just for Atarka's Command isn't what this deck is really going for. Also, Shared Animosity really does pack a punch. If I have three goblins attacking, it's a 3 mana deal 6 damage with the potential to deal more. Indirect damage yes, but hopefully you have Legion Loyalist for the trample and first strike :) Just thinking of a turn 4 win for fun, would be do nothing but play lands until playing Shared Animosity turn 3 to psyche your opponent haha, and then turn 4 Goblin Guide, Goblin Guide, Goblin Guide, Goblin Guide and attack for 20 haha. I mean, I do agree completely that that isn't likely to have 4 guides, but on the other hand when is turn 3 your first play, and when would that ever be Shared Animosity :P I just wanted to demonstrate a little bit of its power seeing as I have so many small creatures. Thanks for the comment and the suggestions!
Awesome Atony1400!
True ant_19! In my current meta, Leyline of Punishment isn't exactly needed for what I'm seeing right now, but Skullcrack is definitely something I'm considering!

I doubt it will be much of a help to the deck but for drawn out matches you could use Savage Beating + Spellbinder of the equipped creature isn't blocked it creates an infinite combat loop.

i noticed you have three krenko's. is your idea bringing out one krenko, using him, then sacing him to bring out a second krenko and using him? cause you cant really have two krenko's out at same time cause he's legendary.
December 20, 2015 1 p.m.
I think the point is to be able to draw a Krenko. ticked-off-squirrel

Postmortal_Pop sorry for the extremely late reply! The main problem with that combo is that it is quite slow for how fast my deck is. Thanks for the suggestion though, it's definitely appreciated!
ticked-off-squirrel I have three in the deck, as ant_19 said, it's for consistently drawing him, but I don't want 4 because then chances are higher of having too many when I actually have to worry about the legend rule applying. Thanks for the comments, and if you need any more clarification don't hesitate to comment!
Thanks guys, I appreciate the comments!

Duckling oh ok. I didn't know for sure. usually when I see more than one legendary card of the same in a deck it doesn't make too much sense to me.

I would get rid of Tuktuk the Explorer and Replace it with Goblin Fireslinger.

Well if you want a higher cmx replacement for tuk tuk I'd highly recommend Hellrider

I'm curious how Krenko, Mob Boss is able to tap turn 3 as you bring him out. Doesn't he have summon sickness?
February 9, 2016 8:30 p.m.
Tristanraid Hi there. On turn three I send out my Goblin Chieftain whom gives all goblins that I control haste, therefore when Krenko, Mob Boss enters I can use his ability instantaneously! It's quite strong and a lot of fun when pulled off! :)
I'm so sorry JmanTheGamingMan and Its_Johnny_Bravo! I didn't realize you guys commented here!!
Jman: Goblin Fireslinger isn't quite strong enough to be included into my deck. Tuktuk the Explorer I use as fuel for Goblin Grenade and also a tricky creature to deal with. It is hard to block him and/or be blocked by him and they have to figure out a way to work around him, otherwise I'm getting a big 5/5 goblin token, which is really hard to deal with. Also, people don't think of it this way, turn three Goblin Chieftain and lets say they're at roughly 14 life, then turn 4 Tuktuk, Goblin Grenade, and attack for 6 with the token, 2 with chieftain, and hopefully you have a Guide or something out at the very least. And there is a very potential win.
Johnny Bravo: I have considered Hellrider previously when creating this deck, but I find Impact Tremors has much the same effect if I ever need it, and also it isn't a goblin, so Warren Instigator can't effect it and none of my other goblin related abilities/spells work with it, which is why I didn't include it in the deck :)
Thank you guys for the suggestions and comments, I greatly appreciate it. Once again, sorry for the really late post!!

I'd have to agree with you, you've clearly considered how you want this deck to function and it does well
February 10, 2016 6:27 a.m.
Awesome Tristanraid!!! That's sweet, I'm glad you like it enough to do that! This is honestly my very first deck even touching Modern and I'm super proud of what it became, I love hearing that others like it and want to build it :D
I'm glad you like it Its_Johnny_Bravo! I really enjoy the deck more than other modern decks after playing it so much. With the new Eldrazi Aggro decks though, I'm going to probably have to deal with getting a whole bunch of Blood Moon or something like that, haven't played modern yet at any events where they had Eldrazi aggro yet.

Yeah, same for me. I've never played Modern before and I was reluctant considering the competitive nature of it. This deck will allow me the options combined with my skill to compete on their lvl.
February 10, 2016 1:29 p.m.
Awesome Tristanraid! I was reluctant too, but I was turned off of Standard due to expensive rotation, and the fact that you bought 20-30$ cards and in a year or so its value would be crippled. Once I made this, I loved Modern, it's a lot of fun! Make sure to be careful when facing off against decks with Wrath of God or Ghostly Prison. Also, as skeptical as Altar of the Brood is, I have actually won from siding it against Lantern Control, and now that Worship is prominent it may yet have more use! Nothing is cooler than milling someone with a goblin deck, just saying. (Takes about three turns to mill when you have Krenko, Mob Boss)

Adaptive Automaton and Door of Destinies could be useful 'lord' type effects for this deck. If you had those in play, with any of the others you could easily get goblins to 5/5's or higher, even before you throw Shared Animosity down.
Another budget card you could add to your list of options for budget builders is Vexing Shusher allowing them an extra goblin trigger, and to remove Cavern of Souls and add 3 more mountains. The shushers themselves could replace Goblin Guide for example.
