Vohar, Vodalian Desecrator
Legendary Creature — Phyrexian Merfolk Wizard
: Draw a card, then discard a card. If you discarded an instant or sorcery card this way, each opponent loses 1 life and you gain 1 life.
, Sacrifice Vohar, Vodalian Desecrator: You may cast target instant or sorcery card from your graveyard this turn. If that spell would be put into your graveyard, exile it instead. Activate this ability only as a sorcery.

I would suggest mill personally as there are myriad sacrifice themes. And usually you dont want to be sacrificing your drazi if going that route. I built a sultai Sidisi mill reanimator deck once and it was quite fun. Doing this will eldrazi--sweew--hella good time. Any of the permanent reanimator spells are golden here. Animate Dead, Dance of the Dead, etc. Personal favs (while mostly not perms) are Exhume, Restart Sequence, Zombify, Aftermath Analyst, and last but not least Rise of the Dark Realms. Also note, turning almost all your cards into permanents really boost Muldrotha's synergy and theme.
I would also add that these archetypes aren't terrific at going against higher power as they invoke a high random chance in mill synergies, etc. Eldrazi based high power--hmmm--I would say something Kinnan-y. Vohar, Vodalian Desecrator is a personal fav reanimator if you do want to keep it somewhat mid.
Hope this helps, Cheers!

Hello,
If your looking for input and/or Suggestions you need to help us out and give and ideal what your looking for. Raffine, Scheming Seer is a great open ended commander that it's hard to help out w/out know the direction you aiming for. That said, what I found/find out with my deck and no matter how you play him you want to be attacking every turn, this tends to leave you open on the back swing so War Tax cards like Propaganda and Ghostly Prison or flip side play things like Heliod, God of the Sun and Odric, Lunarch Marshal (+ Vigilance toon out). Long story short your deck looks weak to the crack back.
Another thing I find is the Wonder is < Filth + Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth
. Most of your team is sporting fly as is.
As for real suggestions how do you want to take him? +1/+1 you could play cards like Tenured Inkcaster or Oona's Blackguard
Reanimator Unburial Rites or Vohar, Vodalian Desecrator
Discard Bone Miser or Faith of the Devoted
wheel Queza, Augur of Agonies or Feast of Sanity
anyway, cheers and GL

Hey Panthyr! The deck has served me well for sure. It kinda became apparent after a while that people generally overvalued Krothuss's trigger with Sea Monsters that they sorta underestimated how strong cloning any creature could be. Like, two Consecrated Sphinxes seemed stronger to me than three Junk Winders in the long run. So I aimed for a reanimator approach. The deck as a whole definitely able to operate well in an "optimized" playgroup. This list as is usually is always able to do something and answer threats.
Footnote: I do highly recommend River Serpent, Striped Riverwinder, Waker of Waves, or Vohar, Vodalian Desecrator; or basically any way to toss something before casting Runo so you can more easily flip him. Also, Sea-Dasher Octopus can make any creature you control into a 2/2 Octopus, allowing you to get the double token from Krothuss's trigger anyway.

If I may offer some feedback:
For Rona, Sheoldred's Faithful, the discard recursion won't be especially useful without either much more draw power or a graveyard subtheme. Monstrous War-Leech would also benefit from a greater graveyard theme. I would save those cards for a different deck.
In general, you have a lot of cards that want you cast a lot of instants and sorceries (Rona, Raff, Weatherlight Stalwart, Vohar, Vodalian Desecrator), but only nine instants and sorceries.
Building off of what PassedPawn said, there's a little bit of graveyard filling and recursion, a little bit of spellslinging with instants and sorceries, and a little bit of life drain. There's potential for at least two, maybe three separate decks here, each with a different focus. If you want to go with life drain, go all in on it. The Sheoldred, the Apocalypses are an excellent build-around card. Cards like Cliffhaven Vampire, Indulging Patrician, and Queza, Augur of Agonies, supported by forced draw effects like Blood Pact, Folio of Fancies, and Reckless Scholar would help develop Sheoldred into a powerhouse.
