Given the Mana curve, you can probably get away with 33-34 lands.
Might as well run Urza, Lord Protector Meld as well
I know you were talking about adding Mycosynth Lattice to use with Vandalblast and Karn, the Great Creator (it is not official, but at some point they're going to need to create wishboard in the EDH rules to use with fetching cards outside the game, 10 is what I usually see allowed--> you could use this to add some artifacts to board that could act in a more stax capacity.
Maybe:
--Flex slot--
Some cards I am not big on, i.e. I think you can drop these:
Impact Tremors: I get it works with a combo but I feel like there are better cards to use
Fable of the Mirror-Breaker Flip: a pretty good card, it could fit in here, but you may need to run more reanimating cards, I don't feel it exactly fits too much with the goblin token and the mini-kiki
Pitiless Plunderer: excels in decks with lots of creature sacs but I don't see as much in this list, I feel at a glance, that it is more of a dead card more often than not.
That should give you some spots for Karn, Mycosynth, Urza, and maybe some artifact recursion like Tameshi, Reality Architect and/or Mishra, Tamer of Mak Fawa

You can link cards by enclosing the name in double square brackets.
Yes, the new Tameshi is a different ability on a different permanent than the one that triggered, so it can trigger since it has not yet. Even if you blink Tameshi, it is now a different permanent and different ability despite being the same physical card.

Welcome to the club, kaiso!
For some deckbuilding tips, it's almost always a good idea to stick to the minimum number of cards allowed. In most cases, that's 60 cards. This will help focus your deck into doing what you want it to do.
As another point, try to get four copies of the cards you most want to use in your deck. Using the maximum allowable number of copies of a card gives you the best chances of drawing that card.
For this deck, you can build it either as a casual Modern deck, which uses 60 cards, or as a Commander deck, which uses 100. Since you say you're new to Magic, I'll explain each one briefly right now, so please skip over the parts you already know.
For casual Modern, try to bring it down to 60 cards, and put in as many copies of your key cards as you can. I see a artifact theme here, so that's a good place to start. Which cards do you want to use the most? Which cards are less useful?
For Commander, your deck has to be exactly 100 cards, and you can't use more than one copy of any card except for basic lands Plains, Island, Swamp, Mountain, and Forest. Also, you pick a legendary creature, known as your commander, and every card in your deck has to share a color with that creature. This includes the text box. As an example, if you build a Commander deck around Tameshi, Reality Architect, you can't use any cards with , , or anywhere in the mana cost or text box. You're limited to cards that only use and .
Commander is a popular starting point for the game, but if you have or get a regular playgroup, you should let them know that you're starting at a lower power level. Commander decks range from very casual and easy to very competitive, and it's never fun to get into a match with hugely different power levels.
You're sort of halfway between these two formats right now, so pick the one that sounds more interesting and build towards it. If you have any questions, please ask.

tonylomas I like the Arcbound and making sure you can get them without distraction from others. Definitely an interesting take on Tameshi, Reality Architect

My prerelease foil Esper Sentinel. I don't put staples just anywhere...they have to really truly fit! I don't have a white-based artifact deck yet. I think my stab at Tameshi, Reality Architect might be getting it, though! I felt similarly about Mystic Remora and Rhystic Study, and Tuvasa the Sunlit has enough card draw, so Tameshi might get those as well. Though I am excited to build him somewhat Bomberman (I love turning constructed archetypes into EDH decks)!
My white weenie Anthem tribal is really appealing for that Sentinel as well, though >_<
