Impeccable Timing

Instant

Impeccable Timing deals 3 damage to target attacking or blocking creature

This deck needs more consistency. The best way to do that is to increase the number of cards to 3 or 4 of that card.

Also, the deck has too many cards at a high mana cost without the proper support. You either put in more cards to stall the game longer until you get to later turns or you remove several of the higher cost cards to make the deck run faster.

I built a deck based on some of the cards you chose and recommended several other cards.

23x Plains

3x Duskborne Skymarcher

4x Skymarcher Aspirant

4x Adanto Vanguard

2x Bishop's Soldier

3x Stormfront Pegasus

4x Legion Conquistador

2x Serra Angel

1x Victory's Herald

4x Vampire's Zeal

2x Slash of Talons

3x Impeccable Timing

3x Queen's Commission

2x Forsake the Worldly

If you don't have the cards other people recommended above, a small improvement I would recommend is to replace 1x Annihilating Fire and 2x Impeccable Timing with 3x Searing Spear (same as Lightning Strike). You really shouldn't be using white's "deal damage to attacking/blocking creature" when you have better and more direct options in red.

Why are you using Impeccable Timing when you have nothing to produce ? I'd suggest either adding 2 more Shapers of Nature or 2 more Mist-Cloaked Heralds.

This is pretty sweet. You would definitely improve your low-level removal package by swapping the Trial of Zeal and Impeccable Timing for a playset of Lightning Strike, as the instant speed & cheaper cost of Strike trump the potential to return your Trial to hand. Cartouche of Zeal is also borderline; try replacing it with extra copies of Gust Walker and Ahn-Crop Crasher and give it a trial run.

Cool build, BSchrave93

Just my opinion, but I'd go down some instants and fill out a few more creatures. I'd probably completely pull Impeccable Timing and Moment of Craving, and sideboard Demystify. That way you can be the aggressor game one, instead of having answers in your hand you may not need when you can use a creature.

Also, I know you only have that one silver-bullet Tetzimoc, Primal Death, but he's doesn't work with you have a Solemnity out, meaning if you draw him once you have the enchantment down, that's a dead draw that you can't use unless opponent eats your enchantments, or you have 6 mana.

Why not just run Noxious Gearhulk?

Could also be worth fulling the lower end of the curve with some card draw. Something like a couple Dusk Legion Zealot could help you get a body/blocker on the board early, and the life loss can be mitigated by Baleful Ammit.

That's my take. What do you think?

I would cut Call to the Feast and 2 lands and get more 1 drop vamps in there, if you can keep your curve low 22 lands is fine. In standard right now, vamps are better as being aggressive so lots of 1 and 2 drops is good, the plan should be to overwhelm your opponents quickly. I would drop Radiant Destiny as well. It doesn't do anything till you have the city's blessing, and odds are if you get it once your opponent wont let it happen again. Those slots would be better as removal like Impeccable Timing Fatal Push and Moment of Craving.

That may not be a bad one. Impeccable Timing has been underwhelming at best so it may be better to drop timing to the side for decks like yours and run 4 Baffling End and use the 2 open slots for the third copies or Ixalan's Binding

Yes drop Nightmare. Gifted Aetherborn needs to be in here too. You need to buy Legion Lieutenant Vicious Conquistador and some other stuff. Basically you want to be aggressive, lots of 1 and 2 drops, with a couple cards that cost more to help finish your opponent. 22 lands, 10 or so 1 drop creatures Legion's Landing  Flip would be great as a 2 or 3 of, 10 or so 2 drop creatures, 8-10 creatures that cost 3 or more and then 8-10 pieces of removal. You can count things like Call to the Feast as creatures. Your sideboard should be something like 2 Sentinel Totem 3 Forsake the Worldly 3 Duress 2 Lost Legacy 2 Lay Bare the Heart and 3 of some sort of sweeper like Fumigate Bontu's Last Reckoning Hour of Revelation or Yahenni's Expertise. For your main deck removal, Impeccable Timing is cheap, so are Cast Out and Ixalan's Binding.
