I might switch out Vampire's Zeal , with Pride of Conquerors , it pumps your creatures making them all bigger threats and if you have Sorin they will all gain lifelink, and Legion Lieutenant just pumps them even further giving all other creatures a total of +3/+3! (+2/+2 from Pride of Conquerors) then proceed to attack with everyone for a possible win. I would also switch out Queen's Commission , with Call to the Feast you get more Vampires that way.

Maybe consider Renegade Tactics and Apostle's Blessing instead of Vampire's Zeal and Rally the Peasants to help force your Bloodmad Vamps and Sanguinary Marys through? Also, Tactics is a cantrip, so that's always good.

Have you tried splashing White for Mavren Fein, Dusk Apostle and Legion Lieutenant? It's not that hard considering you have Cavern of Souls. Also, if you want to go the extra mile, you could also consider Path to Exile and Vampire's Zeal

- list text herePoaralion Thanks for all of your suggestions! I really like Vampire's Zeal and Sheltering Light. I have had problems facing decks that run Settle the Wreckage or Fumigate, so I think those definitely have potential in my deck. Thank you! :)

Hey, deck seems pretty good and easy to play, I like it. You spam the board with vampire, swing and win !
Adding some instant speed stuff could be intersting, to blow the op on a fight. Vampire's Zeal is one of them, but I don't know how to fit it in.
Yahenni, Undying Partisan is a good vampire that could be nice in your deck. Adding a 2nd Gonti, Lord of Luxury could be a nice addition too. You could go down one Adanto Vanguard, one Sanctum Seeker and one Skymarcher Aspirant in order to add them maybe ?
Your sideboard seems nice, you have pick good card to deal with many situations.
The only problem here is that if you don't kill your op quick enough and he launch a wrath effect to destroy your board, you're in really bad shape. I would recommand to add some way to refill your hand and a protection effect like Sheltering Light, what do you think ?

This deck needs more consistency. The best way to do that is to increase the number of cards to 3 or 4 of that card.
Also, the deck has too many cards at a high mana cost without the proper support. You either put in more cards to stall the game longer until you get to later turns or you remove several of the higher cost cards to make the deck run faster.
I built a deck based on some of the cards you chose and recommended several other cards.
