First attempt at a Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain Legendary Tribal deck

So, I didn't fully optimize this deck because a Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain deck can quickly become very powerful and I enjoy playing at lower levels of power. But, if you want to try this deck at a somewhat higher power, here are some cards to consider: Sakashima the Impostor instead of Minn, Wily Illusionist because more Jhoira's is more better. Storm the Vault   instead of Meishin, the Mind Cage because you have plenty of artifacts and you can really use the extra blue mana that Vault of Catlacan makes. Alhammarret's Archive is a slighty more expensive Teferi's Ageless Insight, which is nice because we want to draw as many cards as possible. Venser, Shaper Savant is also a good choice because you want to be able to protect Jhoira at all costs. Then Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir because playing at flash speed with counterspells is very nice. You can take out Kraum, Ludevic's Opus for either of them. Then you can take out Anax, Hardened in the Forge for The Reality Chip because it's cheap and a decent blocker and later in the game it'll allow you to cast cards from the top of your library. And finally Tezzeret the Seeker instead of Mordenkainen because it tutors for (one of) your two best artifacts: Honor-Worn Shaku and Relic of Legends. You could also consider running Sanctum of Shattered Heights because with all the card draw it's nice to have an outlet for the extra lands you're drawing, and Go-Shintai of Lost Wisdom because it's a cheap blue Legendary and both power up the other Shrines in the deck. Also, instead of Teferi's Time Twist you could try Fierce Guardianship

Btw, if you have Jhoira, Sakashima, Sakashima, Teferi's Ageless Insight and Alhammarret's Archive out all at the same time, you draw 12 cards every time you cast a historic spell. That will get you through your deck fast! It's a good thing you have a Jace, Wielder of Mysteries in your deck. But what if Jace is in your last 12 cards? Well, if you find you deck yourself often, you can add Ormos, Archive Keeper for some extra security.
