This was inspired by the "Enlightened Mastery" starter deck from Dragons of Tarkir. I was lucky enough to get a Narset Transcendent with my fat pack/starter box of DTK. So, I wanted to include her and her story. I tried to make the deck good while adhering to the themes of Ojutai and Narset within DTK.
