The only card I dhave my care for the n the deck is that Primeval Titan. These decks usually run slow in modern because of the cost of the creatures that draw out mana. I think you should cut the Titans and add in some Llanowar Elves action or Birds of Paradise. That way you can drop your 2 and 3 cost forest Fletcher's earlier.

Somehow, that comment got really scrambled. "The only card I don't care for personally is the Primeval Titan", is what it should have said haha. Oops.

Tooth and Nail-based ramp deck found here
Budget Goblin Dark-Dwellers Stone Rain can be found here
Mono-Green Devotion on a budget
Non-budget Ponza found here
Mono-Green Superfriends by me, although you don't need to use a bunch of expensive planeswalkers to actually make this deck work.
Basically, one of the dumbest ways to ramp into something insane on turn three is to abuse Utopia Sprawl and Arbor Elf. That leads to turn 2 Mwonvuli Acid-Moss or even turn 3 Tooth and Nail for Xenagos, God of Revels into Emrakul, the Aeons Torn. Probably the scariest thing to do is cast a gigantic Genesis Wave.
The other thing I'd suggest looking into is Treefolk Tribal. This is actually a really powerful deck. The only thing I don't like about it is that it doesn't play Lignify. Dauntless Dourbark makes the 0/4 insignificant because of how it just tramples right over everything.

I have updated the deck using suggestions you all have shown me, it seems to work better now. Thank you all for the help. Is there anything else that I'm missing? Green seems to be the color I have the least experience with.

@HarrisonHarry: You need more 4-ofs. I would play something like this:
4x Arbor Elf
4x Dauntless Dourbark
4x Dungrove Elder
2x Kalonian Twingrove
2x Primeval Titan
4x Sakura-Tribe Elder
4x Bosk Banneret
2x Timber Protector
3x Leaf-Crowned Elder
