Hello! This was the very first deck i every got when i started playing magic the gathering. It started a a populate deck and was up until just recently. I wanted a fast token deck to swarm my eneimies but never could get the right cards so i went for a more aggro approach and now i have exactly what i wanted. I want to start by explaining my creatures.
Creatures:
Birds of Paradise - One mana drop that let's me get any color of mana. Useful for turn two with a three mana creature.
Dryad Militant o A one mana green or white creature that exiles instants and sorceries. This helps extremely against snapcasters or people who use thier graveyards to their advantage.
Qasali Pridemage - Kill an enchantment or an artifact and has exalted. What is not to like?
Voice of Resurgence - An incredible two mana 2/2 with the ability to put control decks to a holt. You want to counter my instant? Okay, more tokens for me.
Loxodon Smiter - Who can resist the 4/4 three mana drop creature that is nearly impossible to get rid of. Discarding? Nope. Counter? To bad. It is a must to have.
Wilt-Leaf Liege - An amazing buff card that flips the game n your opponent. It also has the protection from discarding which is extremely helpful.
Sigarda, Host of Herons - A 5/5 five mana drop with an awesome ability. Plus it having hexproof makes it a pain for enemies to get rid of.
Now to the non-creature spells.
Path to Exile - This is the best creature removal card in modern. One mana to get rid of any creature. It is a must.
Rancor - A one mana drop that buffs a creatures power and gives it trample. Thi just makes you creature look from scary to terrifying. And if your creature dies, you just get it back. It is a win win.
Dromoka's Command - This is like the grand buffet of instants. Giving you the choice of choosing two great abilities out of four can make your opponent want to flip the table.
Ajani Steadfast - A four mana drop planeswalker that not only helps gives a creature three abilities plus +1/+1 but also uffs up my creatures. Then with his last ability you want to swing for 100? Okay ill take 1.
My side board is still being worked with. It varies with everyone but suggestions on what would be good for a sideboard would be appreciated.
