I completed my first AKH draft on MTGO and I had a chance to play with Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons who turned out to be a total all-star. If I got her out and she wasn't dealt with very quickly she would take over a game. As a result I decided to try a constructed build with her as the centerpiece. The deck has -1/-1 counters (obviously) with some cycling for cards such as Archfiend of Infir .

This is very much a work in progress as I have not struck a good balance of -1/-1 counters and cycling cards. So please feel free to offer suggestions.
