This deck is probably the jankiest deck I've played, and is far from tier 1. However it is also one of the most fun.
For the most part it relies on getting out retribution of the ancients to remove +1/+1 counters to abuse undying triggers and doubles as removal. It also needs a sac outlet, blasting station is great for this. though it is probably the jankiest part of the combo and can have weird interactions, it's definitely the strongest sac outlet in the deck. With these pieces out you can give opponents creature -1/-1 and ping for 1 to player or creature for each undying creature per black source.
the process is like this.
if you have retribution, blasting station, and any three undying creatures (ignoring their own abilities for now).
first you sac your undying creatures to blasting station. they untap blasting station each time they come back, so it will ping for 3, then you pay one black mana to remove all 1+/1+ counters from the undying creatures and hit any of the opponents creatures with the -3/-3. then rinse and repeat.
geralfs messanger accelerates this quite a bit and with Flayer of the Hatebound it's game over.
then there are ways of cheating flayer onto the field. mainly trying to loot him into the graveyard and casting footsteps of the goryo to put him into play ultimately dealing 9 damage in the process.
the main problem with the deck is 1. the undying creatures are very mana intensive which makes mana fixing very hard and in certain situations impossible to stay on tempo. and thus painful as well.
the second problem is it doesn't go off until turn 4 at the earliest. the third is finding room for interaction.
