This Deck Basically wins by cheating out a big artifact using Tinker and by controlling the Board, but you also have the infinite combo with Pili-Pala and Grand Architect to: 1. give you an alternate win condition or 2. Cast a bid artifact in the case that you can't cheat it anymore. You have a lot of options in the sideboard for other ways to win or to stall your opponent.
