Sideboard

I wanted to get into standard for the first time, take most of the cards out of a single block, add cards from later expansions and play until that first block rotates out. I decided to build Wolves and splash blue because Temur is my favorite color combination.

This deck uses fevered visions to pressure your opponent while providing you with a deck that can get high value out of all the additional cards. Blue adds a layer of extra shenanigans to the wolf deck.

Creatures

Duskwatch Recruiter   has a huge target on its forefront. But if you can activate his ability t3, you can quickly dump your Flash Wolves. Spirit of the Hunt Works as a neat combat trick and counters certain boardwipes Pack Guardian will provide you with a beater while recycling land cards you may have drawn with Fevered Visions. Sage of Ancient Lore   together with Fevered Visions can become a huge beater while Altered Ego can copy a transformed Werewolf of Ancient Hunger or Krallenhorde Howler with few +1/+1 counters on top. Ulrich of the Krallenhorde   Creates additional value when you cast your spells on your opponents turn.

Spells

Essence Flux is one of the strongest cards in this deck. Flicker any card to save it from a targeted removal. Flicker Krallenhorde Howler to get him back to his normal form and use his ability EOT. Flicker Silverfur Partisan to get Tokens. Flicker Sage of Ancient Lore   to cantrip. Flicker Pack Guardian to recycle a land card in your hand and get a +1/+1 counter on the Guardian because its a spirit. Same thing with Spirit of the Hunt and it lets you reuse the pump. Flicker Altered Ego to copy any possible bomb from your opponent and their ETB effects instantly (like Avacyn) or copy one of your own creatues to get any of the mentioned flicker advantages. Flicker Ulrich of the Krallenhorde   to get a 1 mana +4/+4 combat trick.

Moonlight Hunt as well as Fateful Showdown are your escape buttons from a possible enemy bomb. And Showdown lets you trade lands drawn with card:Fevered Visions(SOI) for brand new cards.

Enchantments

Fevered Visions is a risk when you are too far behind. Both decks will become more consistent and more frequently trade 1:1. From 2 or 3 Visions upward you can usually just stall the board and let the enchantments kill your opponent. Pack Guardian becomes way better as you can discard more consistantly.

Howlpack Resurgence has the most impact when played instant when attacking or blocking.

Arlinn Kord

Arlinn Kord   is an awesome support card when you have 2-3 creatures on board. If you have no board, especially when Fevered Visions is out, she will probably just occupy your opponent for one turn. Making her stay will distract your opponent enough to get you enough opportunities to use all the shenanigans this deck has to offer.

Have Fun.

Matchups

Control: Very Decent. The ability to play your creatures at instant speed and to dodge single target removal counters a lot of what control does

Combo: The acceleration in this deck creates a huge danger for yourself and the opponent will draw his pieces faster.

Aggro: This deck is just not fast enough. Bad matchup

Midrange: Decent since it is itself a midrange deck.
