Have you ever wanted to play Magic, but you didn't want your opponent to play magic? Do cards like Knowledge Pool and Possibility Storm sound like too much mana? Then look no further! Okay, you're probably going to want to look further anyway because I doubt this deck will actually work, but I guess we'll find out eventually.

The idea is to throw something like Silence under Isochron Scepter with Teferi, Time Raveler up as protection. Then you just copy Silence on upkeep every turn and they can't do anything about it because of Teferi, Time Raveler ! Alternatively, you can put Gigadrowse under Isochron Scepter and accomplish almost the same thing if you're ahead on mana, although Gigadrowse has the benefit of being able to tap any kind of permanent. Remand and Path to Exile also work well with Isochron Scepter if you need them to. Other than that, it's basically just a bad Azorius Control deck.
