Deck tech that idea is around using life gain to deal damage to the opponent. The most important cards in the deck are Rain of Gore and Tainted Remedy, with Sanguine Bond thrown in as an alternate win condition (particularly good against Leyline decks). Rest for the weary is the best instant in the deck, potentially dealing out 8 damage for a two mana instant if the landfall trigger happens. Ideal hand is most likely Vexing Devil, Rain Gore, Rest for the Weary, Bolt/Condemn, 3 lands.
