This deck is Weirdstorm, which means it works off the Blistercoil Weird + Paradise Mantle combo. Here's an explanation of the combo:

Step 1: Cast a Blistercoil Weird.

Step 2: Cast a Paradise Mantle and equip my Weird with it.

Step 3: Tap the Weird for a blue mana

Step 4: Cast a cantrip, which untaps my Blistercoil Weird.

Step 5: Repeat Steps 3-4 until you've done it 20 times.

Step 6: Cast a Grapeshot / Artful Dodge and swing (if you have to).

Step 7: Shake your opponent's hand.

Weird and Mantle

I don't think I need to go over all of my card choices, but here are some select ones.

Thought Scour: The worst cantrip. Side it out if needed.

Cerulean Wisps : Positive mana. Tap the Weird, then it untaps as the result of its ability, then tap it again, then it untaps as a result of the spell.

Gitaxian Probe: Positive mana. Tap the Weird, then cast Probe for free.

An ideal play:

T1: Island, Blistercoil Weird

T2: Island, Paradise Mantle, 20 cantrips, Grapeshot .

If you need help playing it, ask me, but I hope I've given enough to help anybody.

Updates Add

After going 1-2 in the main event of GP Baltimore, I dropped and played in the Modern Showdown side event. I was running a slightly different configuration of the deck, missing a Crimson Wisps maindeck (and running a Thought Scour) and an extra Postmortem Lunge sideboarded for a Spellskite. My matches were Elf Aggro and Pod, and I won both matches. Round 1 against Elf Aggro was one of the easiest matches I have faced. My opponent had literally no disruption and I comboed T4 and T3 in my 2-0 win. The second match against Pod was a lot harder, due to the fact that my opponent was running four Path to Exiles and abrupt decay]]s. I don't exactly remember what happened G1, but I got the combo without removal. I made my way through a Path to Exile and Abrupt Decay, two Abrupt Decays and... lands. That was his draw, and I found the third Blistercoil Weird to combo off. I had to drop after round 2 because my friends in the Rebound Sealed decided to drop, and since I rode with them, I had to go.

My turn two of game two of match to: Gitaxian Probe, Manamorphose, Manamorphose, cantrip, cantrip, put you at 14.
