An adaption of UR Delver to Modern, leveraging Dreadhorde Arcanist in compensation for the fact that I can't afford Snappy. No jank here, it plays pretty strictly to the archetype. Advice or suggestions are always welcome.

I do have some concerns about my permission suite, and am considering reducing my number of counters in exchange for either cantrips or something like Mutagenic Growth.
