Basically fill the board with Lingering Souls, Extort with Blind Obedience and Syndic of Tithes. Then finish off with Obzedat, Ghost Council. Simples.

Doomed Traveler - an odd choice? No... works wonders with Bone Splinters and Altar's Reap.

Syndic of Tithes - Solid 2/2 with Extort

Vampire Nighthawk - Just a nice card

Desecration Demon - He's big and scary...but probably not quite for this deck I feel

Obzedat, Ghost Council - Needs no explanation!

Altar's Reap, Bone Splinters, Tragic Slip. All work nicely with a spirit token or Doomed Traveler

Sorin, Lord of Innistrad - Play Sorin, make Emblem!

Underworld Connections - Card draw.

Lingering Souls and Midnight Haunting - Tokens!

Blind Obedience - Awesome and Extort

Unburial Rites - Incase someone does something bad to Obzedat!

Intangible Virtue - BIGGER tokens.

The Sideboard needs work. It was a bit thrown together. I've not used this deck much yet, so it will improve.
