Lots of life gain, a few ways to win on a strict budget. Felidar Sovereign is obviously an easy win late game. I've also got Abzan Battle Priest and Abzan Falconer to buff each other and also Ajani's Pridemate, they should also be a good combo with Ordeal of Heliod and Sunbond. Some steady lifegain each turn (with Nyx-Fleece Ram and Staff of the Sun Magus along with lifegain ability) should trigger Angelic Accord if you can get it out and some quick life boosts from Martyr of Sands, Congregate and Ordeal of Heliod can get you out of a bind and make some powerful creatures with Sunbond. Serra's Blessing will hopefully keep your ramped creatures open for defending as well so you don't have to take too many hits and can keep your life total up. There are obviously some better cards that would help a lot but I've tried no to go over $2 per card.
