Hello ladies and gentlemen, this is burn. Yes, the most known archetype of all of Magic. It's fast, fun, but is prone to a lot of hate. So, down to the cards. I'll skip lands for the sake of them being lands. Nothing too out of the blue with them, so I'll forgo them.
Creatures
Creatures Goblin Guide- He is awesome! A good turn one play, and just a good card in general. This is what you want your turn one play to be.
Monastery Swiftspear- Another good one drop, and works well with all of the burn spells.
Eidolon of the Great Revel- This card is amazing! It is good in almost all matchups because most cards in modern are 3 CMC or less. This is what your 2 drop should always be.
Grim Lavamancer- I have no use for my graveyard, so I just use this guy! Good all around, and since good ol' Treasure Cruise is banned, why not use this.
Spells Spells Lightning Bolt- Best spell in modern. Period. Auto 4-of.
Lightning Helix- 6 point life difference, okay, deal.
Boros Charm- This card's awesome. 1/5 of their health gone. I like it.
Searing Blaze
- This card is pretty fun, kill a dude and deal 3 damage, I like it.
Skullcrack- Anti-lifegain is pretty good, and 3 damage with it. Just a well rounded card.
Rift Bolt
and Lava Spike- These may be a little bit slow, but are both valuable to the deck, so we need them.
Sideboard So, there's burn for you. Stay toasty, with burn!
