This has gone through a couple iterations now, but this is the version I think I like the most. Make lots of mana, and then drop a Walking Ballista for lethal :)

Growing Rites of Itlimoc   will hopefully find you a Walking Ballista, and then the idea is to use Vizier of Tumbling Sands and Nissa, Genesis Mage to untap Itlimoc, Cradle of the Sun as many times as possible to generate as much mana as possible. I've easily been able to make 40+ mana which then can drop a lethal Walking Ballista. Then, there are ways to go infinite with Paradox Engine and Quicksmith Spy when you can generate lots of mana and can untap the artifact that gives you draw.
