Milling Walls

Axebane Guardian - With so many Defenders in this deck it would be foolish not to include this for raw mana production
Consuming Aberration - Simply tapping this with Phenax out is scary.
Duskmantle Guildmage - This basically says, "I NEVER HAVE TO ATTACK YOU." By the time you get Phenax out, you will obviously have enough mana to activate his first ability and tap any number of Defenders.
Hover Barrier - Cheap Large Wall
Murmuring Phantasm - Cheap Large Wall
Phenax, God of Deception - Heart of this deck.
Prophet of Kruphix - This provide a huge benefit once Phenax is out. At every EOT (yours and theirs), tap everything and mill what you can.
Wall of Frost - Cheap Large Wall
Tower Defense - boost the toughness of already big walls
Triton Tactics - Untap and retap your walls on opponent's turn.
Underworld Connections - Draw engine.
Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver - Continuously pull cards away from opponent. Also dangerous enough that opponent will be targeting her instead of me directly.

Ultimate LOL play:
With Phenax and two walls in play, cast Tower Defense at opponent's EOT, Tap a couple of walls, play Triton Tactics, un-tap and re-tap said walls. It's possible to mill 46+ cards with this combo. Activate Duskmantle Guildmage prior to this and opponents get very sad.

Sideboard provides answers to decks heavy on creature kill and mirror games.

AEtherling - who says this creature has to have positive toughness? Make him a -4/12 and mill for 1/5 of their deck.
Breaking / Entering - Breaking is the only part used. 8 cards for 2 mana.
Hero's Downfall - Gotta have a few answers for what can't be blocked or just too big.
Pithing Needle - shuts down all Planeswalkers and Elixir of Immortality
Psychic Spiral - For the mirror.
Traumatize - make sure this doesn't get countered.
