First, i love the deck! Got the same idea when the spoilers first came of Indomitable Creativity.
Why do you have Madcap Experiment and so few artifacts. it feels like you're killing yourself with it.
You'r deck relies so much of Indomitable Creativity and without it it's seems like you're going to lose even if you can play a copy or two of Combustible Gearhulk, they will just die to a removal the same turn or the one after because lack of targeting other stuff. I might be wrong but that's the feeling i got when testing it and the T3 Ulamog/Gearhulk i never got because lacking one or more keycards. T5-6 was the most consistency i got on 5 testruns.
I'm sorry i can't be much of a help but here's my build of a similar yet different deck if you can get any ideas from it.

You have no artifacts or creatures to target with Indomitable Creativity meaning you won't be able to dig for your Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger. This needs some permanents that you can target to enable you to dig.

i use the servos i generate with srams expertise, servo exhibition, and oath of gideon.

I see. So you aren't casting Ulamog which means you don't get the benefit of his first ability (cast means from hand without another card ability). Dies pretty easily to stuff like Declaration in Stone too but I guess it can be dangerous if it dodges removal and the combo hits.

I was admittedly a little conflicted about this setup at first before I playtested it, but it works nicely. This feels more like a Boros-superfriends than your average Indomitable-deck, which is absolutely fine. Running creatures with an average cmc of 4-6 works pretty well, since you are likely to hard-cast them at some point anyways.
As for your sideboard, a trend seems to be splashing in blue to counter control (Negate/Disallow). In such a case, I'd in theory swap out Geier Reach Sanitarium and another card for 2 Spire of Industry. Maybe make room for 1-2 dual lands (Port Town/Spirebluff Canal etc). That is, if it doesn't slow the deck down too much.
Against heavily artifact-themed decks, maybe 1-2 Release the Gremlins?

Thank you for the comment!I was thinking the same thing as for the side board, vs. control blue would be my best bet. The spire of industry isn't a bad idea, but i will point out that the reason Geier Reach sanitarium is in there is the fact that i can fetch it with Thalia's lancers, it being legendary.
Release the gremlins will definitely be in the sideboard.

I like a good Creativity list. It's interesting to see what kinds of creature packages different people like. I saw one that went for four Lightning Runners for the infinite combo out of nowhere. I tend to go for creature keyword abuse with Odric, Lunarch Marshal and one offs of things like Angel of Invention, Reality Smasher and Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger (with of course the Needle Spires). I like your Thalia's Lancers and Gisela, the Broken Blade and Bruna, the Fading Light package too.
I think the Shock isn't really that creative. They're great in a conventional way of course. But I've tried out some weird things like Warping Wail and Spark of Creativity and I feel like they work (mostly) and are much more stylish. Although with Wail, you might be forced to replace a few Inspiring Vantage with something like Crumbling Vestige to deal with the mana demands.
