Hundred-Hand Slap (Standard MTG Deck)

Speaking of vigilance, Avacyn, Guardian Angel is Serra Evolved--another great target for the enchantment. And Fabled Hero practically becomes Progenitus.

Add Gods Willing and Ajani's Presence, and your opponents will be pulling their hair out trying to kill creatures they've never even heard of.

Hopeful Eidolon is great for getting ahead in the life game, giving you enough time to win with unblockable protected creatures.

Bonus: The protection from Spectra Ward doesn't remove an existing bestow! Fun for making super ultra Hundred-Handed Ones that never die.

Crackling Doom remains a problem, but you can at least give the Gift of Immortality.

Side in Phyrexian Revoker to help shut down Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver and make Pearl Lake Ancient easier to handle.

That Elspeth, Sun's Champion, though? God, I hate that card. Glare of Heresy . Goodbye!

2-0 vs. Red Deck Wins. Lifelink to survive, Spectra Ward to seal it.

2-0 vs. Sultai Control. Spectra Ward on a monstrified Hundred-Handed One to block all their tokens. Not so janky now, huh?

2-0 vs. another Sultai control. See above.

0-2 vs. Ahsiok control. He drew a lot of Perilous Vault. Time to replace a couple sideboard Erase with Revoke Existence. The Phyrexian Revokers did slow him down, though.

2-1 vs. another Ashiok control. I drew better this time. It was turn after turn of "play a dude, kill a dude", but I had one more dude than he had kills. He was NOT pleased :)

TL;DR: Spectra Ward is a house. BU control is annoying.
