Revel in Pennies (Standard MTG Deck)

I've been trying to make UB Marionette Master work in Standard for about 4 months now - while definitely fun, it's always lost hard to aggro, so this is an experimental Grixis build to try and fix that.

Spot removal (Fatal Push, Magma Spray, Abrade), board clears (Hour of Devastation, Yahenni's Expertise) and counterspells (Censor, Supreme Will, Spell Swindle) try to draw the game out long enough to get some treasure tokens on board from Treasure Map , then Marionette Master comes down for the kill. In a pinch, Cut / Ribbons can push opponent that last little bit over the edge to lethal, and Search for Azcanta + Supreme Will + Treasure Map help filter to get to the board clears more consistently. Maindeck is largely concentrated on dealing with aggro/midrange so the majority of the sideboard is stuff for a control matchup.

My main concern with this deck is the manabase - this is the first time I've gone for Grixis rather than UB, so I've probably screwed up the lands. I'm also not completely happy with the top end; I consigned Vraska's Contempt to the sideboard to squeeze in more board clears but even then there are still only 4.

Any help is greatly appreciated, as are comments telling me how stupid I am for playing a 5-mana counterspell.

So I took this deck for a spin at a local competitive FNM, and I'm fairly happy with the outcome: 2-0 vs UG Merfolk and 2-0 vs UW Favorable Winds, with the manabase turning out not to be an issue. However, Grixis Control ended up running rings around it, Marionette Master being far too clunky of a wincon, so I've made the following changes to the sideboard:

Out:

3x Hieroglyphic Illumination

1x Negate

1x Spell Swindle

1x Yahenni's Expertise

In:

3x Disallow

3x Nezahal, Primal Tide
