Idea

The main goal of the deck is to get -1 counters be it on your creatures or opponents creatures using Ammit Eternal+Baleful Ammit+Plague Belcher+Decimator Beetle These creatures help not only add -1 counters but you can use Ammit Eternal to get rid of the counters also Decimator Beetle can move the counters to your opponents creatures.

Second Idea

While you are getting -1 counters Use card like Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons to build up 1/1 Deathtouch Snakes and you can also build 1/1 insects with Nest of Scarabs you can use these as a formidable wall of defense even vs some of the big cards that can come out turn 5-6 with the deathtouch.

Third Idea

Murder can deal with some creatures that do give you trouble or can be used to just move creatures out of your way Lay Bare the Heart remove a card that will give you trouble as well as giving you a idea of just what's in there hand.

THOUGHTS

Yeah so that's my -1 counter deck I made this week for a local standard tournament , Got First place Woot. But anyways please leave thoughts ideas and let me know if you build this deck and play it.
