A deck idea I've had in the back of my mind since the spoilers.

OK so, anyone can correct me if I'm wrong on this, but if you have Ghirapur Orrery + Noose Constrictor + The Gitrog Monster on the battlefield, on your upkeep, you stack the triggers from the Orrery and the Monster so that the Orrery resolves first. Then in response to the Orrery trigger you discard your hand with noose constrictor. Then the first trigger resolves and you draw 3 cards. Then the second resolves and you sac a land to draw of of the Monster. Once you draw for the turn, you have drawn 5 cards in a turn and can play 3 lands!

If you decide you want to build this deck, you don't have to buy four Grim Flayer. While it is superb in the deck it is not part of the driving combo, and therefore isn't strictly necessary. Voltaic Brawler and some Aether Hubs will probably work very well too. Taplands (Cinder Barrens + Foul Orchard + Timber Gorge ) Are also an option.
