Welcome to my Junk deck...

This deck is based on the competitive tournament decks. But it is an own build. I ve tryed a build, without Tasigur, the Golden Fang and Siege Rhino, because I think, this deck is more interesting for me...

The strategy is very typical for junk/jund decks. It wants to destroy the opponents plan with discard and removal spells, make a little bit card advance, to bring the opponent into the top deck mode. then this deck wins with creatures like Tarmogoyf , or manlands :D Stirring Wildwood , Treetop Village .

The core Show

Dark Confidant This cards makes very important card advance for the gameplan, he can also make damage to the opponent. The lifeloss is not so very dangerous. If it is too dangerous, its possible to block with him :D

Tarmogoyf this card is a clock for or opponent, he is mostly 3/4, 4/5 or bigger. He can also eat opponent removal spells, thats important for the late game plan. Of course it s better, when the opponent does not kill him.

Liliana of the Veil She is a very nice card advance engine for this deck. its often very useful to discard Lingering Souls with her ability.

Kitchen Finks He has a bad body, costs 3 mana, but he does exactly this, what this deck needs. The lifegain is very nice, to make the lifeloss from Dark Confidant funnier.

Lingering Souls is very nice for the lategame, in the top deck mode, its deadly for the opponent, and it s very nice against control.

Discard Show

card:thought seize since twin is banned and many new eldrazi are in this meta now, it s not so strong like before, but it is important against siege rhino, tasigur, and other spells. I m thining about cutting one for one more Inquisition of Kozilek

Inquisition of Kozilek hits almost all important things in this meta, it has the same funktion like thought seize, to bring the opponent in the top deck mode, and to control the game out.

Removal Spells Show

Abrupt Decay I think except by lightning bolt, it is the best removal in modern.

Dismember is for cards like siege rhino, tasigur, indestructible creatures, and other creatures.

Slaughter Pact I m not very sure about this card, because of the bann of Splinter Twin.

Maelstrom Pulse is very strong against tokens, and it can kill everything, the only problem is, that it has only sorcery speed.

other nonland cards Show

Courser of Kruphix makes card advance, and brings some lifepoints back.

Scavenging Ooze i really like this card, he eats graveyards, gives lifepoints back, and he is a threat in the mid/late game. ( he becomes bigger and bigger :D)

The fetchies are very important, because, we don t want to draw lands in the late game, and, the fetchies can fix the mana base.

Manlands:Stirring Wildwood kills the opponent in the late game, and he is out of the bolt-range.

Treetop Village is also nice in the lategame, and he is strong against tokens, the only problem is, that a bolt kills him :D

Utility:

Tectonic Edge is strong in the mirror match, kills Celestial Colonnade and urza lands.

I don t have a sideboard, because we have a casual meta, and when I m going to a tournament, i m instantly building a sideboard.
