Building a surveil deck seemed like it would be a fun brew challenge figuring out the optimal ratio of enable and pay off. Trying to build this deck reminds me of building the madness vampires deck back in SOI. I'm sure this deck is going to have a lot of tweaking as I play test it. Ideally I'll have one or two Thoughtbound Phantasm on the field when I cast Doom Whisperer , then I can surveil multiple times and swing for lethal. Creeping Chill helps keep my life total high so I can activate Doom Whisperer more often
