Pretty competitive TurboFog modern deck. If you're on a budget and looking for to sap away the fun of whoever you play against look no further! This deck contains 18 Fog type effects (+ Silence), not even including the Isochron Scepters, which makes life hell for your opponent since they'll never be able to attack.

For wincons, we're looking to mill our opponents out with Sphinx's Tutelage, Jace, Memory Adept, and the rest of the draw spells. Since they can't kill us, their answers and card draw won't really help them, but it will certainly help keep our hands full of fogs and finding our finishers! I threw in a Luminarch Ascension for and extra threat if milling them just isn't an option (due to Elixir of Immortality, etc).

Overall this deck is NOT here for you to have fun, it is simply here to prevent your opponents from winning by wasting their time instead. If you enjoy seeing your opponents writhe in annoyance by having everything they need to win but just not being able to then this deck is for you!
