Sideboard

Rumors of Dredge's demise after the Looting ban have been greatly exaggerated.

I threw this build together after being unable to find my copies of Insolent Neonate and the deck felt extremely strong. I do think that you maybe want some number of Neonates to help set up your turn two, but honestly in London Mulligan world you can go pretty aggressively to hit Shriekhorn in the opener. Functionally Burning Inquiry is less like a replacement for Looting and more the 4-8 copies of Cathartic Reunion , so you usually want to cast it on turn two after finding a dredger off a turn one Shriekhorn, but you can cast it on turn one in a pinch. Inquiry does increase the variance of an already variance-heavy deck and makes it much harder to avoid going "all-in" to play around sideboard hate in games two and three.

But game one? Free win.

Some number of Blast Zone in the 75 might be good, probably with a fourth Loam. The sideboard is just a first draft, but I'm happy with everything except Collective Brutality.
