This deck is a powerful jeskai storm deck. You can cast small spells like Serum Visions and Shock . Once you have cast these spells you can start dropping the cards with storm. While many of these cards do not seem very powerful, the snowball effect can really kill off your opponent. Plus, if these spells don't kill them you can use cards like Seasoned Pyromancer to help battle your opponents on the foreground. By the end of the game, you can cast Snapcaster Mage and return your cards with storm from your graveyard to pack an extra punch. In addition to all of that this deck has a great mana base with fetches, shocks, and buddies. By the end of the game you will be a spell-slinging monster copying everything that you cast.

This deck's sideboard can be helpful against artifacts (because of Stony Silence ), creatures abilities (because of Linvala, Keeper of Silence ) and intense spell casting (because of Counterspell ). Plus cards like Ajani Vengeant can help remove extra creatures.

Overall this deck should make a nice jeskai storm deck for legacy.
