Designed for a little casual tournament my gaming group are having that has the following deck restrictions: - At least 2 Colours - Can contain no cards from before the Shards of Alara Block (reprints are okay) - No more than 4 non-basic lands - The amount of each card is limited by it's rarity. 4 for commons, 3 for Uncommon, 2 for Rare and 1 for Mythic Rare. The latest version of a card is used when determining how many you are allowed in the deck.
