A slight update to the previous iterations of my Assault on the Molten Pinnacle lists, I finally accepted that Gitrog was not doing what I wanted in the deck and was not worth the slot, and would be better used on a solid removal spell for problem creatures/planeswalkers. Geier Reach Sanitarium took the slot of Ghost Quarter, I've found it to be far more powerful in the deck, while Ghost Quarter has always felt too cute.
