An attempt to add a little bit of Johnny to an Abzan deck. The Johnny part is villainous wealth. It doesn't seem like the most competitive card but I want to win with it. The two routes I could've gone with this were stall or ramp. I chose to go with a stallish controlling build. Abzan has access to the better board wipes so instead of doing Villainous wealth in a Sultai control build I decided to play abzan for the board wipes and the life gain in order to make the game go long. Kiora is an alternate win condition.

All suggestions are welcome except for two. The only suggestions I know I will not follow are to remove the villainous wealth and add fetch lands. It's budget in the sense that I'm not using fetch lands. I also want villainous wealth to be one of my win conditions even if it's not the most efficient win con. Other than that everything is up in the air and suggestions are appreciated.

The current version is also a budget deck in the sense that I have despise instead of thoughtseize. When I can afford to replace despise with thoughtseize I will.
