Futzing with the budget counterburn list from Strictly Better MTG (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z0W5xTmtbLY)--making some tweaks to fit my hesitance to drop money on cards from M15/Theros block.

Non-budget cards (the Dig Through Time and the Exquisite Firecraft) are cards I've had the fortune to obtain on my own.

I welcome any thoughts on how to improve the deck now or on pieces that might work to replace the Theros/M15 pieces post-rotation. (I'm thinking Living Lore might be the pick to replace the chimera?)
