This is my take on the new delver control, after the bannings of much loved Gush and Daze.

Contents

Lands

1. Islands, just basics.
2. swamps, also some basics.
3. Dismal Backwater, provides the few ways to gain life in the deck.
4. Evolving Wilds, used as a fetch and the Brainstorm shuffler.
5. Mistvault Bridge is an indestructible dual land, what more do you want?

Creatures

1. Delver of Secrets   pressures the board early, deals with small creatures, and allows us to win.
2. Gurmag Angler acts as a finisher, and puts the graveyard to use.
3. Augur of Bolas acts as a blocker and a draw card, really good for our deck
4. Thorn of the Black Rose gives us good card advantage with monarch and gives us a good blocker

Spells

Hand Disruption

1. Divest to pull creatures, and pesky articles, acts as preemptive removal.
2. Duress pulls other things that Divest can't get, useful to take away miscellaneous spells.

Cantrips

1. Opt gives us instant cycling and filter for the next draws.
2. Brainstorm is a very good card, sets up the next draws or shuffles away unwanted cards with the fetches.

Removal

1. Ravenform is a phenomenal new removal spell that allows us to have artifact and creature exiling removal
2. Blink of an Eye acts as tempo removal, also deals with stuff this deck can't usually handle, like enchantments and artifacts.
3. Cast Down is the best removal spell in modern, and not including it in some way might be a crime.
4. Snap is a free bounce spell
5. Echoing Truth for against tokens

Counterspells

1. Counterspell the best and most basic counter to all.
2. Deprive a worse Counterspell, but is the next best thing there is.

Sideboard

1. Cast Down some more copies in the SB.
2. Aura Flux for enchantment removal
3. Blue Elemental Blast good against red, burn, heroic.
4. Spreading Seas is our main tool against Tron, puunshing them for playing their nonbasics
5. Duress another copy of hand disruption, used against control and burn.
6. Diabolic Edict used against hexproof, indestructible, and big single creatures.
7. Evincar's Justice is the main boardwipe, also can be nicely recurred for extra mana.
8. Ravenform another copy in the sideboard because it's just so good
