Hellbent Vampires (Standard MTG Deck)

Ok so this is my first standard deck I built in a while. Obviously the point of the deck is to discard cards to cast them for their madness cost as well as to activate card effects from having no cards in hand (ex: Bloodhall Priest and Lupin Prototype). Even though this is pretty budget as far as standard goes, I want to try and make this competitive enough to win some at FNM. Any suggestions and advice on what I should put in or take out is very much appreciated. Thank you.
