This is my original creation of a UR Izzet (saheeli) artifact deck. (still being tweaked here and there)

The Main 2 Gears of the deck are:

1. Saheeli, Sublime Artificer
2. Karn, Scion of Urza

So saheeli creates a bunch of 1/1 artifacts, then you downtick Karn and create a massive artifact token, then next turn you downtick Karn again.

All of the Planeswalkers create some sort of tokens. Saheeli makes 1/1s, Karn makes scaling artifact tokens, Kasmina makes 2/2s, Tezzeret makes flying 1/1s, and Sarkhan makes 4/4 dragons. So this deck can get really out of hand really quickly with a lot of tokens.... and also Sarkhan makes all your other planeswalkers into 4/4 dragons....

Some key synergies are Treasure Map   creates 3 artifacts:

1. to boost your Karn tokens
2. to trigger Tezzeret, Artifice Master 0 draw 2 cards
3. For extra card draw
4. For extra mana

Mizzium Tank - kind of an aggressive card hidden under the rock. You cast a spell, lets say Lightning strike. This artifact turns into a 3/2 creature then gets +1. So now its a 4/3 with trample. It evades all sorcery speed removal also. You can also manually crew it for only 1 power. Easily done with saheeli tokens....

2 copies of Rekindling Phoenix as a good flying threat that is hard to kill

1 copy of big daddy Niv-Mizzet, Parun as a game closer.

The main problem this deck has is against Large creature based decks. Like Big Green creatures that have way too much health to ever lightning strike. Bio essence hydra or Ghalta, for example. This is why the sideboard has 2 copies of Essence Scatter . Yeah this card died out but its still a good card, and sometimes just letting a creature hit the board will lose the game for us, especially if its too big to handle....it helps fight against ETB effects too in some scenarios....
