This was an idea I had for a modern deck a while ago. The idea is to lock your oppenent down early game with a barrage of burn spells and silences in their upkeep, to eventually roll into a late game army of Hero of Bladehold. The choice of instants and sorceries is so that just about anything can be put on an Isochron Scepter for added value.
