The idea is simply to control the field with removal, counter magic, and Thoughtseize until I can get out Invisible Stalker and/or Thrun, the Last Troll with Sword of Fire and Ice to win against my opponent. Birds of Paradise are in here for extra mana production, and Eternal Witness is my safety net to catch swords or Planeswalkers if they are destroyed or removal should I need one that I can't wait for through drawing. Pretty simple and straightforward. I've gotten a lot of feedback from people that have really helped me out while building this, so I'd very much like to thank all of you!
